Only three percent of people who hold executive roles at U.S. companies are black, according to the latest data from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. To address this issue, nonprofit Management Leadership for Tomorrow is launching a new initiative called ‘Black Equity at Work Certification.’ John Rice, Management Leadership for Tomorrow founder, and Joe Davis, Boston Consulting Group North America chairman, join ‘Closing Bell’ to discuss the importance of racially diverse representation.
