The UK Supreme Court ruling against the government’s deportation deal was judged solely on whether Rwanda is a safe place to send asylum-seekers. The Rwandan government tells Sky News it has worked hard to make sure the country is functional and wants to give people a home. ‘Come as a guest, leave as a friend’ is the sign that greets visitors as they drive into the grounds of Hope Hostel.
