Coronavirus cases rose at least 5 percent in 11 states as of Sunday. The states were Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Dr. Anthony Fauci warned last week that cases could increase heading into the fall and winter, and disputed President Trump’s assertion that the country is ’rounding the final turn.’
