Ingredients:- 1/2 cup melted butter ( 100 g ) or refined oil 1/2 cup powdered sugar ( 100 g ) 4 eggs ( on normal temperature ) 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp plain flour ( 100 g ) 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp baking powder ?? Add 1/8 tsp of salt as well if you are using unsalted butter or refined oil.. ??( Butter is the best for perfect cake but you can also use refined oil instead of butter 1 can of pineapple ? with its syrup 1 cup whipped cream 2-3 drop of pineapple extract For Glaze ( Yellow Ganache )Optional :- 70-80 g white chocolate compound 2-3 tbsp whipped cream yellow food color ? Instructions for Kadhai:- Preheat Kadhai on medium flame for 8-10 minutes .. bake the cake on low to medium flame for 30-35 flame..
