Prince Andrew may have to testify in upcoming civil sex case

Prince Andrew could have to testify in New York if the civil sex case against him goes to court. A U.S. judge ruled he should face trial over accusations that he sexually assaulted Virginia Guiffre, when she was a teenager. Lawyers for the Duke of York had been hoping an earlier settlement between Ms Guiffre and the paedophile Jeffrey Epstein would be grounds to dismiss the case.
